We provide funding to individual scholars and university departments to undertake innovative Jewish Studies research and train the next generation of scholars.
Our Academic Jewish Studies grants aim to develop rigorous, systematic research and education in Jewish studies throughout Europe whilst also prioritising the teaching and learning of Jewish languages.

Several major university departments across Europe currently have a multi-year grant from the Foundation to ensure the sustainability of their Jewish studies research and teaching. These grants are currently under review and may be offered again in 2025.
